ABOUT THIS CONTACT POLICY
The Sacred Rebellion Institute welcomes thoughtful questions, professional inquiries, collaboration opportunities, and messages related to Rachel Sarai Nordahl’s work, including Red Ant Rising and the Mirror Dynamic research series.
This policy exists simply to make communication clear: what the contact form is for, what information may be needed, when you can reasonably expect a response, and how information submitted through the form is handled.
CONTACTING RACHEL
The contact form is the primary way to reach Rachel directly regarding general questions, the Mirror Dynamic research, Sacred Rebellion Institute programs and membership, technical or access issues, press and media inquiries, speaking opportunities, collaborations, guest appearances, and other professional inquiries.
Rachel personally reviews messages submitted through the website. Please select the inquiry type that most closely matches the reason you are contacting her and provide enough information for her to understand what you need.
RESPONSE TIMES
Typical response time is 3–5 business days. Response times may occasionally be longer during travel, research, launches, or periods of unusually high message volume.
If you are contacting Rachel regarding a press inquiry, interview, speaking engagement, event, or other opportunity with a specific deadline, please include that deadline clearly in your message.
Submitting the same inquiry multiple times will not result in a faster response.
PRESS, SPEAKING & COLLABORATION INQUIRIES
Press, podcast, interview, livestream, speaking, research, and collaboration inquiries are welcome when they are relevant to Rachel’s work.
Please include enough information to evaluate the opportunity, including your name and organization or platform, the subject you would like to discuss, the proposed format, relevant dates or deadlines, and links to your work where applicable.
Speaking inquiries should also include the proposed location, audience, approximate audience size, travel requirements, accommodations, and available information regarding speaker compensation.
MEMBERSHIP, PURCHASES & ACCESS SUPPORT
If you are having difficulty accessing something you purchased or content included with a Sacred Rebellion Institute membership, please use the appropriate technical or account inquiry option on the contact form.
Include the name and email address associated with your purchase or membership and a brief description of what you are trying to access.
Please do not purchase the same product again because you cannot locate your original access information. If the purchase can be verified, Rachel will help you locate or restore access.
PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION
Information submitted through the contact form is used to review and respond to your inquiry and, when necessary, provide the support or information you requested.
Submitting a contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails, promotional messages, or SMS communications.
Any optional marketing subscription or consent will be presented separately where applicable.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account information, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through the general contact form.
SOLICITATIONS, SPAM & APPROPRIATE USE
The contact form is intended for genuine questions, support requests, professional opportunities, and communication related to Rachel’s work.
Unsolicited mass marketing, automated solicitations, spam, fraudulent messages, harassment, abusive communications, or repeated messages sent after a matter has been addressed may not receive a response.
Rachel reserves the right not to respond to inquiries that are unrelated to her work or that misuse the contact system.
A NOTE ABOUT PERSONAL GUIDANCE
The contact form is not a substitute for a private session, mentorship, therapeutic relationship, crisis service, or emergency support.
Rachel may respond to reasonable questions about her work, but submitting a message does not establish a professional, advisory, coaching, therapeutic, or confidential client relationship.
Questions requiring substantial individualized guidance may be better suited to an appropriate Sacred Rebellion Institute program or service.
POLICY UPDATES
This Contact Policy may be updated as the Sacred Rebellion Institute, its programs, and its communication systems evolve.
