We want to start by saying thank you for choosing to invest in your growth and healing through the Sacred Rebellion Institute. Whether you're purchasing a digital course, a live workshop, a printed workbook, or a piece from our product line, we honor your decision to walk this path with us.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right.

Our goal is to offer products and programs that deliver depth, value, and transformation. In return, we ask for mutual respect, clear communication, and adherence to the guidelines below so we can best support your needs and uphold the integrity of our work.

Before Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Because our site offers a variety of digital, live, subscription-based, and physical goods, each with its own delivery method and terms, please read through the following sections carefully.

To ensure a smooth experience, refunds, returns, and replacements will only be considered when the conditions below are met. We cannot offer exceptions to policies that are clearly outlined in advance.

Digital Products (eBooks, Toolkits, Downloadables)

All digital products are non-refundable / Final Sale Items due to the instant nature of delivery. Once you've received access, the sale is considered final.

This includes:

PDF workbooks and journals

Tarot toolkits or digital guides

Recorded lectures or mini-courses

We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances. These Type Purchase are Not Eligible For A Refund.

Online Courses (Self-Paced or Live Access)

We offer a 7-day satisfaction window on self-paced digital courses. You may request a refund within 7 days only if:

You have accessed less than 30% of the course content

You have not downloaded any protected materials

You submit your request in writing to our support team: [email protected]

Live classes, workshops, or webinars are non-refundable after the session has taken place. If you're unable to attend live, you will receive a recording if one is provided.

Subscriptions and Membership Access

All monthly or annual subscription plans (such as our $99/month membership) are non-refundable once billed.

You may:

Cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal

Continue to access content until the end of your billing cycle

Resume your membership later, if available

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Coaching, Mentorship, and Institute Enrollment

Enrollment in private coaching containers, 1:1 sessions, and Sacred Rebellion Institute programs is a non-refundable, full commitment.

Because of the intimate, high-touch nature of this work:

There are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers once payment has been made

In rare cases, a temporary pause may be granted with written request and approval

No partial credits or session reschedules are guaranteed

We encourage all clients to enter with clarity, readiness, and respect for the process.

Print-on-Demand Physical Products (Books, Apparel, Workbooks)

All physical items are made to order and printed on demand through our fulfillment partners. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

Incorrect sizing or color selection

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Minor cosmetic variations

We will offer a free replacement if your item arrives:

Damaged

Misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item or fulfillment error)

To qualify for a replacement:

Submit a request within 7 days of delivery

Include a photo of the damaged item

Include your name, order number, and item description

Chargebacks and Dispute Policy

By purchasing through our site, you agree to our clearly stated policies. Any attempt to reverse charges through a payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) without prior communication will be treated as a breach of agreement.

We will provide documentation to contest chargebacks and reserve the right to revoke access to all current and future services if a dispute is initiated without notice.
